HOWARD AND WHITE OF U.S. PROPERTIES, INC. BROKER 2,400 S/F LEASE.

NEW LONDON, CT - Susan Howard and Jim White of U.S. Properties, Inc. have leased 2,400 s/f to S-CAR-GO at 446 Colman Street.

S-CAR-GO is a "take home" cuisine restaurant owned and operated by the former executive chef of Chowder POt IV and Lenny and Joe's Fish Tale. Bob Crimm brings his expertise in culinary arts to New London. In addition to his gourmet meals to go, Crimm will serve breakfast, deli sandwiches and wraps, soups, salads and a wide selection of homemade desserts.

Crimm has signed a 5-year lease with Levine & Eckstadt, LLC, owners of the former Rapid Laundromat building. Susan Howard and Jim White represented both the Landlord and Tenant in this transaction.
