HOWARD AND WHITE OF U.S. PROPERTIES, INC. BROKER $1.25M SALE OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING

NEW LONDON, CT - Susan Howard and Jim White of U.S. Properties, Inc. represented the buyer, Forsey's Equity Investments, in the sale of an apartment complex totaling $1.25 million. Geoffrey Hausmann of Re/Max Property Consultants, a member of the seller's LLC, represented the seller.

The property located at 156-158 Garfield Avenue, New London consists of 16 one-bedroom, 2 two-bedroom, 5 three-bedroom, and 1 four-bedroom units. The seller completed renovations to the property in 2001.

Attorney David Minnieozi of Glastonbury represented the buyer, while Attorney Richard Simonson of Dubicki, Camassar & Simonson, L.L.P. of New London provided legal counsel to the seller.

Fred Vogell of the Old Saybrook company Mortgage Resources, Inc. provided funding for the purchase.
